Nicole Pursell is an award-winning actor and production designer based in the Catskills, NY. She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has a BFA in Drama from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. During her time spent performing in New York, she has worked with a wide-array of artists including Tony Award winner Moises Kaufman, Academy Award nominee Haley Osment, Academy Award winner Olympia Dukakis, and Emmy Award nominee Joel Schumacher. Her feature, That's Not Us, was released as an exclusive by Strand Media after playing at over 35 festivals worldwide. Nicole also designed and stars in The Ring Thing, an improvised narrative-documentary hybrid, acquired by Gravitas Ventures. She focused solely on design for Switch, a drama series which follows a group of women working in the BDSM industry, which is now available for streaming, as well as the feature Bite Me, a subversive romantic comedy about a real-life vampire and the IRS agent who audits her. Most recently, she co-directed and produced Come Home, distributed by Scatena & Rosner Films, now available on Amazon Prime.
